What’s the job?
Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, driving the funnel from the moment new leads are generated, through the sign-up, conversion to the first activity, retention, upsell, and win-back, maximizing the lifetime value of every single customer.
Deepen our relationship with new and existing customers, promoting additional services and educating them on how to benefit more from what our platforms can offer them – create wise educational campaigns for our customers to see clearly ‘what’s in it for them’ at every step of their lifecycle. Develop and define strong monitoring capabilities and KPIs to measure the performance of sales activities, converting data into actionable insights for marketing. Lead the Sales department, currently including 4 people and Marketing department including 2 people (Content Writer & Digital Marketing) in achieving aggressive targets and creating constant value. Full-time employment on contract + bonuses based on performance.
· 1 year of experience in Sales with a focus on CRM in a high-growth global company with a strong background in customer conversion and retention.
· Passion for finance or the Cryptocurrency market.
· Strong business-oriented thinking combined with a technical approach
· Top-notch leader with strong communication skills, experience managing a sizable global team, with a strong work ethic who can inspire others to go the extra mile
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and self-driven environment
· Ability to take direction, work under pressure, build great relationships with colleagues across functions and always remain exceptionally well organized
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
